Classico
So, how are your classics going? I'll be honest...I'm struggling. I knew I would though. This old school english speaking stuff just isn't my cup o tea. But, I'll make it through. I sense scandal a brewin, so that should help . I'm reading "Age of Innocence" by Edith Warton (spelling??). What are YOU reading?
Re: Classico
I decided on the Grapes of Wrath. And I have the opposite problem, the language in mine is "terrible English" from Oklahoma. It is funny to read. The reading has been slow lately, lots of detail and not much happening, but it just started to pick up so I hope I can make it through on time, which is always my worry.
Re: Classico
So I was gonna read Les Mis but I still havent started....yikes. I best get on that...I may have to switch to another book to accommodate the time I have left to read. Thus far.....classico fail.
